Founder's Story
Shalani Kutty is a passionate international recruiter and global career coach with extensive experience across Asia, EMEA, and the Americas. Throughout her career in both in-house and agency recruitment, she observed a significant skill gap between market opportunities and available talent.
Over the years, Shalani met many talented individuals struggling to find the right direction in their careers. Through personalised career coaching, she successfully guided them toward paths that aligned with their strengths and helped them secure meaningful opportunities.
Realising the widespread need for early career guidance, especially in the Sri Lankan market - Shalani envisioned a platform that bridges passion with purpose. She believes that true success begins when one’s career aligns with what they genuinely love.
With this vision, she founded Find My Passion, Sri Lanka’s first career coaching institute, with a mission to make the nation more employable and ignite a new wave of passionate entrepreneurs. Her goal as the Founder and CEO, is to take Find My Passion beyond borders and create a lasting global impact.
