Operations Executive
At Find My Passion, Sri Lanka’s first career coaching institute , we’re on a mission to help individuals discover their passion, turn it into purpose, and transform it into success.vWe’re looking for a self-starter Operations Executive to join our growing team and support our founders in running the day-to-day operations of this impactful movement.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the institute.
Work closely with the founders to execute workshops, 1:1 sessions, and upskilling programs.
Handle administrative, logistical, and scheduling tasks with precision.
Bring new ideas, streamline processes, and solve problems creatively.
Ensure things get done — on time and with great energy!
